FOR THIS CHILD ADOPTION
GRANT - TO BRING ANOTHER CHILD HOME
In keeping with our mission,
For This Child has elected to make adoption grants available
to families who have a true need.
Grants are given on an as-needed basis to
prospective parents who would not otherwise be able to
complete an adoption. We
will offer a grant between $1000 and $4000 to approved parents
who meet the following criteria:
- Have a strong desire to adopt a
Guatemalan orphan; and
- Have made every effort to obtain funds for the adoption
from all other available sources; and
- Are still unable to afford the adoption.
Preference will be given to families who have begun the
home study process. Families who have completed a
previous adoption may qualify. Parents who have already
applied for adoption services and have been accepted to the
Guatemala program are not candidates for need-based grants.

application. Please note that grants are offered only
to parents who wish to adopt through For This Child. |
