For This Child is an International Adoption Agency Our Mission is to unite children around the world with loving permanent families.   For This Child is an international child placing agency licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.  We have had the joy of placing over 500 international children with families in the United States and the United Kingdom.  On February 29, 2008, we were among the first U.S. adoption agencies to achieve United States Hague Approval from the Council on Accreditation (COA) pursuant to the U.S. Intercountry Adoption Act of 2000.  We are pleased to offer adoption programs in Guatemala and Kazakhstan. We work with parents from all 50 states, U.S. territories, and the United Kingdom who wish to adopt internationally.  It is our pleasure to work with both married couples and single parents.
